The elaborately lit Victorian inspired dining experience Casa Deangelo activates a collection of Tuscan, Southern Italian Accents and Caribbean entrees.  Led masterfully by Chef Angelo Elia, Casa Deangelo boasts of an extensive wine listing and menu ripe with old-fashioned Tuscan fare.

SEAFIRE STEAKHOUSE

Consistent with its name, The Seafire Steakhouse bids its guests rich, smoked, seared, or grilled flavors amidst a traditional butchery counter employing lobster tails, and the finest cuts of prime beef along with tempting starters such as the classic shrimp cocktail and coriander crusted beef carpaccio. Its menu further offers an extensive variety of signature martinis and fine wines with its own retail wine selection.

OCEAN

In a poolside casualty, The Ocean restaurant offers fresh grilled bites in a setting that whisks you away as it is slightly elevated from the sea. Playful breezes dance about you as you indulge in its Smokey grilled delicacies.

SIP SIP (LUNCH)

Sip Sip is a famous Adult at the Harbour eatery led by of Chef Julie Lightbourn. This Mediterranean-influenced restaurant employs various cooking stations where rare meats are prepared on demand and right before your eyes. Partially buffet styled as it allows you to select your sides from the choices laid out before you. Mosaic also opens on Sundays until 3:30.

POSEIDON’S TABLE (BUFFET)

Poseidon’s Table is a full service restaurant providing breakfast lunch and dinner options in buffet style. CARMINE’S
